Neil Simon's famous update of his contemporary classic starts with a group of women friends playing their regular game of Trivial Pursuit. This week, the coterie is meeting at the apartment of Olive Madison, a divorcee who freely admits to being a slob: "I leave a mess when I read a book." Late to arrive is Florence Unger, a stickler for detail who would try the patience of a saint, and who has unfortunately just become separated from her husband. As life would have it, the slob and the fuss-budget decide to room together -- with hilarious results!
"NEW PART IN FOUR NIGHTS IN KNARESBOROUGH"
Set in 1171, Four Nights in Knaresborough opens in Canterbury Cathedral where four knights, Brito, Fitz, Morville, and Traci come to arrest Becket, the Archbishop of Canterbury. However, rather than arresting him, Becket is killed by Fitz.[5] The knights then flee to Knaresborough Castle in Yorkshire where they ensconce themselves for a year to avoid the wrath of the public and the Pope.
"NEW PART IN PROSCENOPHOBIA"
Just started rehearsals for Proscenophobia at Blackburn Arts Club. I play Justin James the company manager, very much a man of the theatre and extravagant in speech and gesture. Proscenophobia (stage fright) is a whodunit which takes place in the dressing room of a provincial theatre during a performance of a thriller. Then a shot rings out in the theatre during the performance and one of the cast lays dead. Was it suicide? Was it murder? Should be good fun.
Added footage from "Watching You, Watching Me" a dark piece about a drink driver who kills a young family. I play the drunk criminal who is held hostage by the grieving father.

The Uprising Productions was formed in 2010 by a group of Film Production students from The University of Central Lancashire. The company was formed to help gain publicity for the first ever feature length film produced by undergraduates, 'A Needle in the Hay'.
This production unit has some of the best young talent in the Northwest today, with crew from all over the British Isles & even some from further afield, such as Bulgaria, Russia and Germany.
With a talented cast and crew, 'A Needle in the Hay' has the potential to change the face of both student and independent film making forever. Watch out for media coverage.

"DANNY'S WATCH"
"Danny's Watch" is a comedy short film by Ajay Gosai. I play Dennis, one half of a not too clever debt collection team. They're not that good. This will be showcased at the Cornerhouse Theatre Manchester and will be going to various film festivals. Great fun to work on this project.
